HW: A formal letter

The local authorities have recently released plans to build a new office complex on fields near your home.

  Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about  your plan of  to establish a new office complex on the "Blossom-field" on the confines of the city next year. I live near this field, actually in one of the houses opposite. I think, I have the right to comment on this decision as a neighbour.
First of all, I find the plan illegal. Despite the fact that the field is not my land, it belongs to my environment. There are not many houses in the neighbourhood, but its calmness and natural beauty is important for all of us living there. A new, modern huge building would ruin the surrounding.
Secondly, the creation of this new complex would have consequences as well. The employees would make noise every day with their cars, not to mention the air pollution caused by the frequent traffic.
Furthermore, the field is also a home of many animals and plants. For example, a permanent inhabitant, the shrew-mouse is a protected species. Destroying their habitat would kill a whole population, which is an indictable offence.
In conclusion, I hope you will consider finding some other place to establish the  complex, and take notice of the objections of the tenants in this area.

Yours faithfully,
____________
